Ingredients
- 100 ml of pineapple juice;
- 100 ml of orange juice;
- 15 ml of lemon juice;
- 10 ml grenadine syrup;
- 60 g of strawberries;
- 24 g of blackberry;
- 20 g of raspberries;
- 10 g of blueberries;
- 1 g of mint;
- crushed ice.
Preparation
Put the berries in a blender. Leave a few pieces to decorate the cocktail. Whip the berries together with lemon, orange, pineapple juice and grenadine. Separate the ice in a blender. Pour the cocktail into the glass, leaving a few centimeters. Crushed ice, the remaining berries and mint leaves from above.
2. Grapefruit Frutochino
Ingredients
- 110 ml of grapefruit juice;
- 40 ml of sugar syrup;
- 50 ml of espresso;
- 60 g of grapefruit;
- ice cubes.
Preparation
Ice put it in the glass so that it fills it to the top. Pour sugar syrup and juice. Then pour the espresso and gently stir the cocktail with a long spoon. Use a piece of grapefruit for decoration.
3. Cranberry Punch
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cranberry;
- 1.5 liters of boiled water;
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar syrup;
- 3 carnations.
Preparation
In a small saucepan or bowl, pour one glass of cranberries, pour a glass of boiling water. Crush the cranberries and drain the juice, then add the remaining water, sugar syrup and cloves. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover with a lid. After 15 minutes, serve the table with the remaining berries of cranberries.

Preparation
Juices, water and berries mix in a blender, pour into a glass and add syrup. Decorate the cocktail with a sprig of rosemary or fruit slices.
6. The Blue Lagoon
Ingredients
- 100 ml of the sprite;
- 2-3 slices of lemon;
- 2-3 limes of lime;
- 30 ml of lemon juice;
- 50 ml of grapefruit juice;
- 30 ml of “Blue Curacao” syrup;
- ice.
Preparation
Fill the glass with ice. Add the lemon juice first, then the grapefruit juice. Pour the syrup and soda, then gently mix. Decorate the drink with wedges of lemon and lime.
7. Saint Clement
Ingredients
- 2 oranges;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 75 ml of water.
Preparation
Cut off the oranges and lemon zest, put it on a weak fire with sugar and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Then remove from heat and crush the peel with a spoon. Let it cool down.
Separate the resulting syrup from the peel, pour them sliced oranges with lemon and leave for 2 hours. Before serving, strain the juice well so that no flesh remains. Decorate the cocktail with orange slices and lemon or mint.
8. Syringe from grape juice and soda
Ingredients
- 200 ml of grape juice;
- 200 ml of the sprite;
- slices of lemon, apple, plum, peach for decoration.
Preparation
Mix the grape juice and soda. In the serving glasses or glasses, place the cut fruit, fill it with the resulting mixture and serve it to the table.

- 2 bananas;
- 8 g of mint;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 200 ml of water.
Preparation
Large cut bananas, mash the mint and whisk together with honey in a blender. Add water and whisk again. Pour the cocktail over the glasses and garnish with banana slices.
