Usually bananas are offered to be frozen in a peel or cut into slices, but both are not very convenient. To remove from the frozen banana skin, you need to try hard or spend a lot of time defrosting. And the pieces are frozen, and it is almost impossible to separate one from the other.
We offer the most simple and convenient way:
- Peel the banana from the peel. Begin at the end opposite the leg, so the banana will remain cleaner, it will not have “strings”.
- Wrap each banana in plastic film, foil or baking paper.
- Fold the wrapped bananas in a bag and put them in the freezer.
- When you are ready to cook, get out as many bananas as you need. If necessary, break the banana into two parts.
Of course, for baking you still have to defrost them, but at least there will be no unpleasant liquid that stands out when defrosting a banana in the peel.
