Bookreader is one of the most popular macOS readers, which probably has the most pleasant interface and repeats all the elements of reading books except, perhaps, the smell of paper (the developers complain about the lack of appropriate computer components).
Bookreader can read ePub and FB2, but, unfortunately, does not support reading PDF files.

STDU Viewer boasts a large list of supported formats (PDF, FB2, ePub, CBR and CBZ, as well as image files), as well as the availability of a portable version that does not require installation.
