Roskomnadzor announced the Telegram war. Massively blocked more than 19 million IP-addresses, though somehow connected with the messenger. F-Droid
F-Droid is an alternative application repository for Android, which contains only open source programs. The F-Droid Maintainers promised to keep Telegram up to date.
Now in the repository is the version of Telegram-FOSS, which is no different from the original client from Google Play, except for open source code and a set of used emoticons. In the future, according to the maintainers, the original version of Telegram will appear in the F-Droid.
Since the F-Droid is contrary to the terms of Google, it can not be found in the Play Market. To install it, open the official site of the repository, and then either scan the QR-code with your phone, or immediately download the APK-installer. You will need to allow Android to install applications from third-party sources.
Open the F-Droid and wait for it to update the repositories. Then find and install Telegram.

You can also search APK Telegram files on third-party sites. Preferred sources are still proven sources, such as APKMirror or TrashBox. This method is not very reliable, as there is no guarantee that the Roskomnadzor will not be able to force the services to delete the Telegram installation files.

Another option is to install Telegram from Google Play, even if the application is not available to Russian users. To do this, you can use the APK-DL or APK Downloader services.
