For calculations, the site of the O’KEY online store was used with delivery to St. Petersburg. For all products constant prices without taking stock are taken. Most of the products are not the cheapest in their segment, and the price of a dish can be reduced if you choose more affordable options, buy products from local manufacturers or watch out for special offers.
Salt and soda are not included in the calculations, since a teaspoon of these ingredients costs 5-10 cents, which affects the final amount very little. Spices are added to the taste and purse of the chef, so they were not included in the calculations.
The average serving size was chosen for the calculations. It can be changed to suit your appetite and needs. Accordingly, in this case, the cost will have to be adjusted.
1. Pouring cake with cabbage and canned fish
Ingredients for 4 large portions:
- 2 cups of yogurt;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup of flour;

Preparation

2. Pilaf with chicken
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g of chicken thighs;
- 230 g of rice;
- 1 large onion;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation
Pour into a deep frying pan or kazan vegetable oil and heat it. Finely chop the onion, fry. Rub on a large grater or cut into half rings of carrots, add to onions. Throw the hips into large pieces, put them to the vegetables. Add salt and add spices. Fry the contents of the cauldron until half cooked.
Disassemble the garlic with denticles and, without cleaning, lay on meat. Pour rice, smooth. Gently pour the water in the cauldron so that it is above the rice by 1.5-2 cm. Bring the rice to the ready.

3. Chicken meatballs with pasta
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 130 g of chicken breast fillet;
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
- 2 tablespoons of canned tomatoes in their own juice;
- ¼ bulb;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- ½ cup of water;
- 60 g of pasta.
Preparation
Turn the chicken fillet into minced meat, add in it chopped onion, spices and a pinch of salt. Roll the small meatballs with wet hands. Pour oil on the frying pan, fry the meat balls until golden brown. Then pour them with water, add the canned tomatoes and leave to stew under the lid until ready (7-10 minutes). Macaroni boil in water with a pinch of salt, when serving, lay them on meatballs and pour sauce.
The dish will cost less if you buy chicken breast on a bone and cut the filet yourself.

- 1 carcass pollock weighing about 200 g;

Preparation

6. Buckwheat with mushrooms in a pot

- 80 g of buckwheat;
- 100 g of champignons;

8. Chicken liver with pancakes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g of chicken liver;

Preparation

9. Chicken meatballs with cabbage
Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 700 g of chicken fillet;
- 200 g of rice;
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
- 600 g of cabbage;
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation
Make minced meat from chicken fillet, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook rice until half cooked, chill. Mix it with minced meat. Form meatballs. Cut the cabbage.

- 300 g of pangasius fillet;
- 4 medium potato tubers;
- 1 egg;

- 150 ml of milk;

- 1 tablespoon of salt.
Preparation
Pangasius fillets cut into medium pieces. For batter, whisk the egg with a mixer, add salt, spices and flour. Slice the fish into the batter and fry in a frying pan, oiled.
For mashed potatoes and cook potatoes with a pinch of salt. Drain the water, mash the tubers in a mash, adding a little warmed milk.
