Here’s a recipe that will help make a really magnificent omelet.

For an omelette you will need:

  • large eggs (yolks separated from proteins) – 4 pcs .;
  • water 50 g;
  • oil or margarine – 1 tsp;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of black ground pepper.
Preparation:
  1. Preheat the plate to 160 ° C.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the egg whites, water and salt and whip the mixer at high speeds. In a small bowl, mix yolks and black ground pepper for about three minutes with a mixer. Pour the yolks into a bowl with whipped whites.
  3. In the heated frying pan, melt the butter and pour the beaten eggs on it. Slowly reduce the heat to a minimum, cook for about five minutes or until the omelet becomes lush, and its lower surface does not get a light brown color (gently lift it to see the color).
  4. Continue to cook the omelet for about 12-15 minutes. Readiness check with a knife: if it turned out to stuck it in the middle and get it clean, the omelette is ready.
  5. Tilt the frying pan so that the omelet slides on the plate, fold it gently in half and serve with salsa or tomato paste sauce.
