1. Salad with squid and fresh cucumber
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 squid carcasses;
- 2 small cucumbers;
- 1 small onion;
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Boil the squid and cut into strips. Wash and chop the cucumbers. Peeled onions (preferably sweet salad) cut into half rings. Combine all the ingredients, salt, pepper and season with salad with sour cream.
2. Salad with squid and pickled cucumber
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients:

- 2 small pickled cucumbers;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 onion;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

Preparation

3. Egg salad with squid

4. Salad with squid and melted cheese

- 2 squid carcasses;
- 2 eggs;
- 100 g of processed cheese;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- a bunch of parsley.
Preparation
For this salad, both boiled and smoked squids are well suited. They need to be cut into strips or rings. Boiled hard-boiled eggs cut into cubes. Chilled chopped cheese rub on a coarse grater, finely chop parsley, crush cloves of garlic.
When all the ingredients are prepared, combine them and season the salad with mayonnaise.
5. Salad with squid and apple
Cooking time: 15 minutes.

Preparation

- ½ head of Peking cabbage;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 Bulgarian peppers;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- parsley and other greens;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Cut slices of boiled squid, tomatoes, Peking cabbage, peeled pepper seeds. Salad will be more beautiful if the peppers are colorful. Finely chop the greens.
Combine all the ingredients, salt and add oil. Some prefer to fill this salad with yogurt or sour cream.
7. Salad with squid and Korean carrots
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 squid carcasses;
- 200 g of carrots in Korean;
- 1 onion;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- red pepper to taste.
Preparation
A very quick salad if you have ready-made Korean carrots. You will only have to boil and cut with rings of squid, peel and cut onions with half rings. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl, pepper, add soy sauce and mix. Salad will be even more delicious if you give him a couple of hours to brew.
8. Salad with squid and beetroot
Cooking time: 12 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 squid carcasses;
- 1 small beet;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 3 cloves garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

Preparation
Cook the beets, eggs and squid. Cut the last two ingredients into small cubes. Garlic finely chop the garlic with a knife or pass through the press. Cheese and beets are rubbed on a medium grater. Combine all this in one bowl, salt and season with mayonnaise.
9. Salad with squid and mushrooms
Cooking time: 10 minutes.

- 200 g of pickled mushrooms;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Cooked squid (can also use canned) cut into strips. So do the cucumber. Boiled hard-boiled eggs cut into cubes. If you have large mushrooms, they should also be cut.
Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. If necessary (if the mushrooms do not give the desired salinity) salt.
There is a variation of this salad with fresh fried mushrooms and pickled cucumbers.
10. Salad with squid and crab sticks
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 squid carcasses;
- 200 g of crab sticks;
- 100 g of processed cheese;
- 2 cloves garlic (optional);
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Cook boiled or smoked squids cut into strips. So do with the crab sticks. Fused cheese on a grate. This will be easier if they are very cool.
Combine chopped squid, crab sticks, cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream. Salt, pepper and mix. If you like spicy, add one to two cloves of garlic to the salad.
11. Salad with squid and shrimps
Cooking time: 12 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 squid carcasses;
- 200 g of shrimp;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Peel and boil shrimp and squid. Cut the last ones with rings, and cut the shrimps into two or three pieces, if they are large. Boil eggs boiled in large cubes.
Mix all ingredients, salt and season with mayonnaise.
Sometimes it is also added olives, cherry tomatoes or Bulgarian pepper, and as a dressing, use sour cream mixed with ketchup. Experiment!
12. Salad with squid and tomatoes
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 squid carcasses;
- 2 conventional tomatoes or 8-10 cherry tomatoes;
- 1 red onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 100 g of feta cheese;
- 50 g of olives;
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar;
- for ½ teaspoon of salt and black ground pepper;
- basil, parsley and other greens to taste.
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Fill it with chopped greens and peeled, sliced red onions. Let it brew.
Boiled calamari and olives cut into rings. Cherry tomatoes cut in half, ordinary – cubes. Just cut the feta cheese. Combine these ingredients with dressing, mix well and let them steep for a while.
13. Salad with squid and avocado
Cooking time: 12 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 squid carcasses;
- 2 avocados;
- 2 small cucumbers;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard;
- parsley and other greens to taste.
Preparation
Cook the squid with rings. Ripe avocado peel and cut into cubes. So do with the fresh cucumbers. Chop the greens finely.
Make a dressing: remove the peel from tomatoes and rub them on a grater, then mix with soy sauce and mustard. If there are no fresh tomatoes, use tomato paste.
Connect the squid with avocado and herbs and fill with the resulting dressing.
14. Thai salad with squid
Cooking time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 3 squid carcasses;
- 1 root of fresh ginger;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 onion;
- 1 small chilli pepper;
- ½ head of Peking cabbage;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Prepare the dressing: pass through the garlic press masticate into a paste with chili pepper. While working with the latter, be careful: sharp peppers can cause a burn on the skin. Add the juice of half a lemon, sugar and salt. Stir and allow to refuel for 10-15 minutes.
At this time, boil and cut into rings of squid, chop cabbage, peel and cut onion rings, crumble ginger. If there is no fresh ginger root, use ground.
Mix all the ingredients and pour the previously prepared dressing.
