Open the Android settings and go to the “Accounts” section. Select “Add a Google Account.”
Then create a new account. Enter your name and surname, date of birth.
Create a username and password that will be used to sign in to your Google Account. On the “Add phone number” screen, go down and click “Skip”.
Read and accept the privacy agreement. The account has been created. Now you have access to Google services from any device without confirming the phone number. You can use Gmail, transfer files to Google Drive cloud storage, create a channel on YouTube, work with documents in Google Docs – there are no restrictions.
However, the account without a confirmed number has drawbacks. For example, you can not retrieve a forgotten password through the phone. Therefore, it is necessary to add backup mail to the account settings, which will be followed by a link to reset the password.
To fully protect a new account, enable two-factor authentication. You can not receive the code via SMS, because there is no phone number in the account settings. Use Google Authenticator – it will display the one-time codes required to enter the profile.
