Rating of the safest airplanes

In recent times, the incidents of air crashes have not become more frequent compared to the end of the 20th century, but have become more extensive. Several wrecked airbuses forced some to start using other modes of transport.

But in fact, according to statistics, the plane is the safest mode of transport. Some types of winged vehicles have never participated in serious accidents at all. Which ones? With this help to understand the rating, compiled on the basis of summary information provided by the publication of BusinessWeek and London insurance consultant Ascend. It is worth noting that the crash related to terrorism was not included in the statistics.

The aircraft are arranged in descending order of the number of disasters for the total time of flying of all machines of this type. In simple words, in this case the largest role is played by the total number of produced aircraft of each type, the total flight time of each individual aircraft and the period of operation in the airlines.

In fact, in 30 years the safest airplane could easily become dangerous or dangerous. In addition, do not forget about which company operates the liner: in skilled hands and a chair – a balalaika. But when operating in third world countries, problems can arise in almost any aircraft.

So, we suggest you familiarize yourself with the rating of safe passenger planes.
